‘Get Online, Get Active’ initiative for 12 to 25 year olds are offering FREE online yoga and fitness classes.

To book on to a class, young people (or parents/carers) just need to go to:, where you can view the timetable, book a class and find out about our talented and inspiring coaches.

US is a North East based charity supporting young people to improve their mental health through sport and exercise; as the COVID pandemic continues, we have secured funding to offer 15 weeks of online sessions to support a wider cohort of young people. The timetable runs Monday to Saturday, and sessions are available for ages 12 -16, 16 – 18 and 18 – 25-year-olds. Young people can book just one classes or all 15 weeks’ classes, it is flexible and free! Our trainers are qualified, vetted and experienced in delivering to young people.
