I am a qualified chef and have over 15 years’ experience of the catering industry and 20 years in education and training. I have qualifications in City & Guilds Food Hospitality In Catering, City & Guilds 707/1 and 707/2, N.E.B.S.S, Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS), D32&D34 Catering Assessors Award, Food Hygiene Level 2 and Fire Marshall Award. I have helped develop the community café setting within Epinay School and I am supported keystage 4 pupils in their learning. Within Café Epinay we provide training in City and Guilds NVQ Level 1 and Level 2 Catering for pupils, post-16, adults and family learning groups. I enjoy cycling, fishing, running and going to the gym. I also enjoy camping pursuits and going on holiday.
