Epinay School has now embedded a rigorous new system for monitoring and tracking progress. End of year figures are outlined below.
- 79.07% of pupils met or exceeded their maths targets
- 86% of pupils met or exceeded their reading targets
- 79.84% of pupils met or exceeded their writing targets
|Average whole school rate of progress was exceeded in both reading and writing. Reading expected 3.33, actual 3.82. Writing expected 3.33, actual 3.87.||Average whole school rate of progress in maths was exceeded. Expected 3.33, actual 3.49.|
|In writing year 2, 7, 8 and 12 all exceeded the 85% target and in reading every year group with the exception of year 3,4 and 9 exceeded the 85% target.||Year 2, 8, 10 and 11 all exceeded the 85% target.|
|Progress towards reading targets was above expectation (85%) in all key stages bar 2 and in writing it was above expectation in key stage 1 and 5. In key stage 1 reading and writing 100% of students achieved or exceeded target.||All key stages except 2 met or exceeded their targets.|

As an outstanding school we ensure our targets are robust and present challenge. Our new system challenges pupils to make outstanding progress. We judge progress towards targets and attainment across the school to be outstanding.
